Check-In Procedures

  • In order to attend an on-site appointment, you must be able to contact our offices from our parking lot using a cell phone.

  • When you arrive for your appointment at our office, please call us from the parking lot at 937-667-4678.

  • If our staff do not answer immediately, please allow the phone to keep ringing until someone answers.  This is equivalent to having to stand in a longer line while we help other clients ahead of you.

  • Once we answer the phone, let us know that you have arrived for your in-person appointment.

  • There will be detailed instructions posted at all the building entrances that will also explain exactly what you need to do.

  • You will check in, sign any needed documents, pay, and schedule your next appointment by remote interface from your cell phone before entering the building.  Therefore, you will not be interacting with our office staff face-to-face as you did in the past.

  • When it is time for your session to begin, your counselor will greet you at the building entrance where you are located.

Safety Procedures

  • Take your temperature before coming to New Creation Counseling Center.  If you have an elevated temperature or any sign of illness including a cough, runny nose, sneezing, shortness of breath, body aches, a stomachache or diarrhea, you should change your appointment for a telecounseling appointment or an appointment at a later date.

  • Wear a mask at all times when in the building at New Creation.  New Creation Counseling Center is not able to provide masks for clients.

  • All New Creation Counseling Center counselors and staff members have verified that they do not have an elevated temperature or any signs of illness prior to seeing you.

  • All New Creation Counseling Center counselors and staff will wear masks while at New Creation Counseling Center.

  • Do not bring any food or drinks into the building to consume during your counseling session.

  • Only the client is permitted in the building.  If you have been approved to bring another family who is directly involved in your counseling session, that person may also enter with the same requirements including being free of any signs of illness and wearing a mask at all times. This includes the minor child and parent(s) that need to accompany children.  No other children will be permitted to enter the building.

  • The chair you occupy and all other surfaces you will touch will be disinfected prior to your arrival at your counselor’s office and after you leave.

  • We ask that you leave the building after your session with your counselor.

  • Please wash your hands if you use the restroom.

  • You will be escorted to the exit when your counseling session is completed.
