Ryan Casto

Director

Ryan is the Director of New Creation Counseling Center. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. Before coming to New Creation Counseling he was a staff member at Miami Valley Hospital's Psychiatric Outpatient Services. He has been with New Creation Counseling since May of 2015.

Elizabeth Sweeney

Associate Director

Elizabeth has a Masters of Arts degree in Social Work through Wright State. She previously served in New Creation's NEXUS school counseling program for three years, counseling students at Tipp City Schools and Upper Valley Career Center. Her primary interests are working with adolescents experiencing life transition issues and oppositional behaviors.

Phillip Hash, DO

Medical Director

Dr. Hash is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) and Adult Psychiatry. He has several years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care including pioneering a significant telemedicine effort in northwest Ohio. Dr. Hash completed medical school at the University of Pikeville in Kentucky.
