Clinical Staff 

Brooke Glendening, LPCC

Karlee Brooke Glendening is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from Columbia International University in South Carolina. She primarily works with children and teens, but does have experience working with adults. Her experience includes counseling children, teenagers and adults in a variety of settings including play therapy. She has experience with, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, life transition issues, trauma and foster child/family dynamics.

Caitlin Martin, LPCC

Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services and master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Wright State University where she also received her Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certification. Her primary interests include, but are not limited to, working with young children 5+, teens, and young adults, people with disabilities, anxiety, mood disorders, skill building, life and career transitions, and trauma. 

Charlotte Wells, LISW

Charlotte is a Licensed Social Worker. She received her Bachelors degree from Wright State University and went on to obtain her Masters of Arts degree in Social Work through the Greater Miami Valley Joint MASW program with Miami and Wright State University. Charlotte recently returned to New Creation after working at the Area Agency on Aging. Her primary interests are working with high school students and young adults. Her preferences include, but are not limited to, life transition, codependency, LGBTQ+, anxiety & depression.

Chelsea Brooks, PA

Chelsea is a Physician Assistant and serves as part of New Creation's psychiatry team. She sees clients for medication management at our Tipp City office. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from University of the Cumberlands in 2019.

David Lauffenburger, MA

David is a Licensed Psychologist who was in practice in community mental health for over 35 years. In addition, he was involved in some limited private practice at various times in his career and also worked for three years in the behavioral health department of an integrated medical practice in an adjoining county. He has vast experience working with adults, couples, families, children and adolescents.

Deborah Zunke, LPCC-S

Deborah is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 29 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She has a Bachelors of Social Work from Indiana State University, a Masters of Science in Counseling from Wright State University and received her clinical endorsement from Liberty University. Deborah specializes in childhood and adolescent disorders, adult mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, grief and abuse recovery, couple concerns as well as personal growth needs.

Jamie Wright, LPCC-S

Jamie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and her Master of Arts from Huntington University, in Indiana. Jamie also holds an independent license in Indiana and is happy to work with Indiana residents via telehealth. Areas of competency include but are not limited to trauma and stressor-related disorders, anxiety, depression, and spiritual concerns. Jamie Works with ages 14 and up, and enjoys taking a creative, experiential approach to counseling. 

Jill White, LSW

Jill is a Licensed Social Worker with a Masters of Science degree in Mental Health counseling from the University of Dayton. Jill’s experience encompasses many aspects of marriage and family counseling including parenting, adoption, divorce, reconciliation, abuse, children’s issues and angry teens. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

John Jung, LPCC-S

John served as the Director of New Creation from 1995 to 2017. John formerly was the Executive Director of the Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services, and had been manager of mental health services for the Montgomery Co. ADAMHS Board. John also gives consultation about pastoral care and counseling for Ginghamsburg Church. John has been in the field of mental health since 1973. John has been married to his wife Deb for 41 years, and they have two grown children.

Keith Riddle, PA-C

T. Keith Riddle is a Physicians Assistant and serves as part of New Creations psychiatry team. He sees clients for medication management via telehealth. He is a graduate of Kettering Medical School and specializes in Psychiatry. Keith has over 7 years of experience.

Linda Hylton, LPC

Linda is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She enjoys working with people during any phase of their journey. Her areas of experience include, but are not limited to, anger management, anxiety, behavioral disorders, grief, relationship issues, life transition, etc. Linda prefers to work with clients age 11+.

Michelle Gearhardt, LPC

Michelle Gearhardt (Reed) is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in clinical counseling from Wright State University. Michelle was a practicing attorney in general and in the capacity of Guardian Ad Litem for 39 years in Miami, Darke, Shelby and Montgomery counties. Michelle is currently inactive in the practice of law. Since 2012, Michelle has counseled at New Creation Counseling Center and primarily sees adults and older teens along with working with couples in marriage counseling.

Robert Crook, LISW-S

Robert is a License Independent Social Worker, with 9 years of experience working with adults and teens. He received his Bachelor’s degree in social work from Wright State University and his Master’s Degree in Social Work for Ohio State University. Robert specializes in treating trauma related disorders, as well as anxiety, anger management and mood disorders. His focus is on empowering the people he works with by focusing on their innate strengths and helping them grow the skills they need to heal. 

Sabrina Meredith, LPC

Sabrina is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty University and master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Her primary interests consist of anxiety, depression, trauma, mood regulation, skill building, and grief. She works with adolescence 14+, adults, older adults, and couples using a cognitive approach to counseling. Sabrina is currently being supervised by Deborah Zunke.
